To participate in the RFP (Request for Proposal) exercise, each interested company must submit the following documents:
1. SSM (Section 14): A document issued by the Companies Commission of Malaysia (Suruhanjaya Syarikat Malaysia), showing the company’s incorporation details and compliance with statutory requirements.
2. Ministry of Finance (MOF) Certificate: This certificate indicates the company’s registration and approval with the Ministry of Finance.
3. Company Profile: A comprehensive profile of the company detailing its background, experience, services, and any other relevant information.
Submission Details:
RFP Documents, which include information about the scope of works and deliverables, will be sent via email only to companies that submit the required documents and meet the eligibility criteria.
Project Participation:
A company has the option to submit proposals for any one of the projects or for all projects listed in the RFP.
Summary of Steps for Interested Companies:
1. Prepare and submit copies of the SSM (Section 14), MOF Certificate, and the Company Profile.
2. Ensure all submitted documents meet the eligibility requirements.
3. Await the receipt of RFP Documents via email if the eligibility criteria are met.
4. Decide whether to submit a proposal for one project or for multiple projects based on the received RFP documents.
